Experience Required:

• Insurance Defense and Civil or Commercial Litigation for a minimum of 5 years
• Experience using legal billing software TABS/PracticeMaster
• Excellent computer and word processing skills
• Organized and highly skilled with attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle high volume work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to support 2-3 highly experienced Attorneys

Responsiblities and Duties:

• Editing and finalizing correspondence, Pleadings, and Discovery (careful attention to detail with every i dotted and t crossed)
• E-Filing legal documents with online NM State and Federal court systems
• Calenda! ring Depositions, Mediations, Hearings, etc. via Practice Mana! gement Legal software (TABS/PracticeMaster)
• Communicating with opposing counsel and court personnel (as requested by Attorney)
• Reviewing incoming mail and aligning with corresponding case
• Transferring scanned files to folders on the server
• Preparing binders for Depositions, Mediations, Arbitrations, and Hearings
• Some Receptionist duties, including answering the phone and message taking
