As a Trial Secr! etary I for Farmers Insurance, you will be responsible for: o Maintaining schedules and calendars for assigned attorneys.
o Coordinating time and location of multi-party appearances, including depositions, arbitrations, mediations and meetings.
o Composing a variety of correspondence, pleadings and various legal forms.
o Contacting clients, witnesses, court reports, claims personnel and others to confirm scheduled appearances.
o Answering telephone calls and receiving visitors for assigned attorneys, receives all incoming mail, and performs other functions as assigned.

o High school diploma.
o Minimum of two years of legal support experience.
o Excellent organization and time management skills.
