This lawyer position is responsible for providing counsel to indigent persons charged with crimes in New Mexico State Courts.
This position is a Pay Band 80.

Minimum Qualifications:
Current license as an Attorney issued by the Supreme Court of New Mexico or eligible for limited license issued by NM Supreme Court and one (1) year of experience as a practicing attorney. Employment Requirements:
