The Expertise We’re Looking For
5 years related work experience
Case Management, Paralegal, or Client Facing background preferred
Proven track record of working effectively in a results and process oriented work environment
College degree preferred, but not required The Purpose of Your Role The QDRO Review Analyst performs review of Divorce related domestic relations orders (“Orders”) to determine whether the Orders are qualified under the applicable provisions of ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and the specific QDRO Approval Guidelines and Procedures of the plan. Acknowledgement and Review of the QDRO document within the required timeframe
Responsible for reviewing and qualification determinations of all Defined Contribution and Defined Benefits Orders to ensure compliance with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and the specific QDRO Approval Guidelines and Procedures of the plan
Managing assigned volume and assist with team volume for meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Providing a case management experience to the participant, alternate payee and other related third parties during the QDRO review process through written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following; assistance with the QDRO website, QDRO review status, QDRO determination explanation and escalation resolution
Providing clear written and verbal communication of the QDRO determination to all parties
Working with internal and external Client Management teams for matters that require client assistance
Providing consultative assistance to internal and external business partners in the resolution of Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit QDRO issues
Acting as a Relationship Owner (SME) for single product Clients for the QDRO team and internal business partners How Your Work Impacts the Organization The Fidelity QDRO Administration Group is committed to delivering the Best Customer Service in the Financial Services Industry.
