We are looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartender who will bring their expertise, positive attitude, and playful energy to our venue. Our speakeasy is known for its expertly crafted cocktails and spirits, and we need someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of bartending experience, and a deep understanding of spirits, cocktails, and other beverages. We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team, cares deeply about our customers and our venue, and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure that every guest leaves feeling satisfied and delighted.
As a member of our team, you will be expected to work 4 days a week, providing your own transport to and from work. You should be willing to arrive a minimum of 3 hours before your shift to set up the venue, and be prepared to take on additional responsibilities such as maintenance and cleaning of the space.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and drinks to customers with exceptional speed, accuracy, and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar area at all times
- Communicate with customers and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Follow recipes and procedures to ensure consistency in the quality of drinks served
- Work as part of a team to ensure that customers receive the best possible service
- Perform setup, maintenance, and cleaning duties to ensure that the venue is always ready for business
- Provide suggestions and recommendations to customers, including food pairings and drink specials
- Uphold the concept of the venue, maintaining its mystery, secrecy, elegancy and world-class service and cocktails and spirits.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cocktail Bartender
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and other beverages
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to perform setup, maintenance, and cleaning duties
- Must be able to provide own transport to and from work
- Must be able to arrive a minimum of 3 hours before shift to preform opening procedures for the venue.
- Must be able to work 4x days a week, including weekends
- Must be available to work the venues official operational times of opening at 7pm and closing 2am.
- Must be able to stay after shift to preform closing procedures for the venue.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: R6,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month
