Who we are looking for
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring delivery of the front of house service for staff and visitors to the required standard at our offices in Marlton, New Jersey.
The successful applicant will ensure that all daily tasks are completed. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including generation of staff passes, processing mail, booking meeting rooms and using our internal systems, as well as assisting internal and external customers including members of Senior Management.
Preferred skills and experience
Excellent telephone manner.
High attention to detail.
Flexible and enthusiastic approach to multiple tasks.
Computer literate.
Familiarity with Microsoft programs including Excel and Word.
Excellent time keeping with a positive attitude.
Exceptional communication skills with ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels.
Possession of current driving license is essential.

Main Responsibilities
Keeping visitor log up-to-date, promptly and accurately filing completed sheets.
Liaising with Training and IT departments where relevant to create Net2 access passes for new and existing employees.
Printing Net2 passes for staff and activating temporary and contractor passes when required.
Processing FedEx postal requests, ensuring information is accurate and confirming delivery to sender once completed.
Working efficiently to complete all tasks to the required standard within agreed deadlines.
Monitoring Reception mailbox for incoming emails, enquiries or notifications of planned visitors.
Maintaining the pool car booking system.
Completing ad-hoc admin requirements.
