We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Legal Secretary position to ! last from approximately May 29 to July 1.
Requirements:
- Transactional Law experience (5 years)
- Experience with bonds, corporate merger, tax law, securities
- Will work for 3-4 attorneys
- Strong experience with Microsoft office products and working with pdfs
- Experience merging and transferred documents from excel to word
- File Site experience
- Admin duties as well: Answering phones, redlining documents, invoice processing, making travel arrangements, document production, proof reading/grammar excellence
- Environment is quiet
- Need a hardworking individual who puts the work first - not too chatty or gregarious
- Must be professional
