Sabio Systems is currently seeking a qualified Legal Secretary for a temp-to-hire opportunity wi! th a busy law firm in Albuquerque, NM.
This position requires 4 years experience working in a insurance defense law firm with excellent word processing and e-filing skills. Must be able to hit the ground running with little training.
Assisting the Attorney's with managing correspondence, distributing mail, managing a busy Outlook calendar, assisting with dictation and secretarial functions. Will assist in general administrative functions for the firm, answer phones and handle projects as necessary. A paralegal certificate is preferred but not required.
We are looking for excellent organizational and time management skills. Proofreading and top notch written and verbal communication skills are a must. If you have all of the above qualifications please apply today.
