RE Loan Admin I

Location: San Francisco California

Description: Zions Bancorporation is currently seeking to employ RE Loan Admin I right now, this vacancy will be placed in California. Detailed specification about this vacancy opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Coordinates the closing of residential and commercial real estate loans in accordance with loan approval terms, legal requirements and bank policy. Contacts companies, borrowers and attorneys to ensure completeness of documents. Performs document negotiations, calculations and preparation of settlement statements. Reviews preliminary title reports, exceptions, surveys and project due diligence. Prepares the loan for transition to the disbursement analyst. Works in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of residential an! d commercial loan processing, documentation or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet qualification. Basic knowledge of lending procedures, documentation and systems. Limited use and/or application of basic Real Estate loan administration principles, theories, and concepts. Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Good organizational, problem solving and analysis skills. Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task. Requires good time management skills. Knowledge of compliance with federal and state regulations pertaining to the banking industry. Sound judgment and decision-making ability. Personal computer skills to include MS Office, including word processing, spreadsheets.
