Paralegal with 5-10 years of relevant experience. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: manage legal claims and collection actions; maintain corporate records and minute books; process legal invoices and track legal expenses; respond to subpoenas; gather, analyze and research legal data such as statutes, decisions! , legal articles, codes and documents; prepare affidavits, pow! ers of attorney and other documents; maintain regional Legal Department intranet site; maintain corporate forms; prepare legal reports to General Counsel and Audit Committee; generally assist Legal Department attorneys in assigned tasks as needed. A Paralegal certificate is a plus but not a requirement.
