Sidebar Legal Recruiting, Inc. is working closely with our prestigious international law firm client to identify a transactional entertainment associate. This is a fantastic group of well-regarded attorneys searching for an associate to join their team with a real opportunity for partnership. This firm offers top market compensation, excellent mentorship, lower than average billable hours and the opportunity to assume significant responsibility, including frequent client contact on important matters. The candidate will ! work on transactional entertainment, media and intellectual pr! operty matters including the representation of television production companies, writers, directors, artists, musicians, on-screen talent, digital media companies, fashion companies, independent producers, and showrunners.
In addition to having 5+ years of experience, strong writing skills, and strong academic credentials, the ideal candidate will be highly motivated, creative, and have superb interpersonal skills. Exposer to motion picture, tv and digital matters is required, as is California Bar membership.
