We are looking for NJ for a patent attorney with at least 5 years of experience as a Patent Attorney (experience also as a Patent Agent is a plus). Experience in preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications for software including operating systems, middleware software, directory servers, network management, virtualization and cloud computing. Degree in computer Science or Electrical Engineering is required. Must be registered to practice before the USPTO.
