Software Support Representative
We will rely on your dedication and versatility to provide WealthDocx, WDATS, SettlementCounsel, GunDocx, and BusinessDocx support to WealthCounsel members. Support may consist of, but is not limited to: software usability questions, installation or update assistance, HotDocs troubleshooting, and Microsoft Word formatting assistance.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for promptly answering incoming telephone calls, emails, web requests in a professional manner
Provide routine and moderately complex! software support to WealthCounsel members
Escalate comple! x software support issues to senior personnel as needed
Document all customer interactions
Provide a personal/elite experience to members
Assist with software testing for all software products and updates
Participate in customer service initiatives
Meet or exceed individual and department goals
Attend WealthCounsel events as needed to provide additional software support to members and support relationship-building activities
Requirements:
1+ years experience in Help Desk/Support environment
Customer service experience required; help desk or call center background strongly preferred
Experience managing a large volume of calls
High energy, confidence in your voice
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft O/S and Word
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to organize and prioritize
Ability to work independently without physical supervision
Online/Live Chat Support a plus
Mac knowledge a plus
Law office experience a plus

We prefer someone from Salt Lake City, UT. WealthCounsel is a virtual office environment with most employees working from home offices.
