Minimum BS Chemical Engineering strongly preferred. Preparation & prosecution of patents, patent opinions (infringement, validity, patentability, right-to-use). Ideally, be capable of supporting a wide range of patent protection and procurement efforts (compl! ex patent infringement litigation, due diligence, transactional / licensing). Absolute minimum of 2-3 years solid claim drafting and prosecution experience required. Additional requirements: strong academic credentials, employment stability, US Patent and Trademark Office registration (USPTO), state bar.
