As a Business Analyst in our Tax Controversy Services department, you will work in a team environment alongside some of the best in the business including fellow attorneys, accountants, engineers, and scientists through the completion of tax consulting assignments.
Responsibilities:
Track audit data & KPI’s for clients and attorneys
Track attorney’s progress, departmental progress, audit sustentions, and closures
Analyze all data and KPI’s to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Serve as a liaison for NetSuite regarding billing access
Track project deadlines
Report directly to Managing Director of TCS & COO
Additional projects as requested
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years experience in business analysis
Outstanding computer skills including MS Access (SQL) and ! advanced MS Excel
Six Sigma Greenbelt highly preferre! d
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Maintain confidential information
High sense of urgency with ability to meet deadlines
