This position is responsible for providing delivery of legal services on behalf of the Child Support Enforcement Division (CSED). The Attorney III assists families in reaching economic self-sufficiency through establishment of paternity, collection of support from non-custodial parents and establishment and enforcement of court ordered child support and medical support obligations.

Attorney III
Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited school of law and five (5) years of experience in the practice of law.

Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.
