Purpose of Position
This position is responsible for providing effective assistance of counsel to indigent persons charged with crimes in New Mexico State courts.
This position is a Pay Band 75.

Minimum Qualifications:
Current license as an Attorney issued by the Supreme Court of New Mexico or eligible for limited license issued by NM Supreme Court.
Employment Requirements:
Must possess and maintain a valid New Mexico Driver's License.
Statutory Requirements:
Current license as an Attorney issued by the Supreme Court of New Mexico or eligible to practice with a limited licens! e issued by the NM Supreme Court. Copy of current license must! be presented at time of hire.
