EXPERIENCE: ESTABLISHED REGIONAL SOUTH CENTRAL SUPERMARKET RETAILER IS SEEKING AN ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER FOR ON! E OF ITS LOCATIONS. TWO TO THREE YEARS RETAIL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. BI-LINGUAL SPANISH SPEAKING SKILLS ARE BENEFICIAL BUT NOT REQUIRED, STRONG MERCHANDISING SKILLS ARE DESIRED, STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS IN THIS FAST PACE ARENA WOULD PUT YOU IN CONTENTION FOR THIS EXCITING OPPORTUNITY. RESPONSIBILITIES THIS POSITION WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TOTAL OPERATION OF THE STORE IN THE MANAGERS ABSENCE. RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO OPENING AND CLOSING OF THE STORE AND OVERSEEING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION. THIS POSITION WOULD HANDLE ALL STORE FUNCTIONS INCLUDING CONDITIONS, STANDARDS, SANITATION, SECURITY AND INVENTORY CONTROL. ORDERING, SCHEDULING, TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE NEW ASSOCIATES AND THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE OPERATING AREA.
