Overall Purpose: Conducts real estate administration activities for the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of real estate. This including report creation, projects tracking and documentation of the different site acquisitions procedures.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Supports National Team in the creation, consolidation and dissemination of Site Acquisition best practices. Extracts and analyzes data from specific applications, systems and/or databases to create reports and provide recommendations based on the analysis of the data. Assists with the production of! reports to be utilized by Regional and Market teams with the ! potential of review by Senior Executive Leadership.
Oversee broker, attorney, and land use activities. Schedules and monitors zoning package. Ensures real estate acquisition costs and time frames are within established budgets and construction schedules. Coordinates information with attorneys on general liability and environmental issues. Has strong knowledge of real estate escrow processes, appraisal, lease law and administration of lease contracts. Manages market studies, lease negotiations and determination of client business needs.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Needed
Experience: Typically 2 to 5 years relevant experience in area of responsibility.
Skills / Competencies associated with this Title:
- Experience in Telecom (wireless preferred)

- Expertise in Developing Excel based Reports and PPT Packages
- Expertise in Data Han! dling
- Good communication skills
- 2+ years Telecom network build (Wireless preferred)
- or 2-5 years of related experience (Data Analysis, Reports, Packages)
