About the job
As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for marketing our new products and services and helping to generate leads. You'll work closely with our Sales team and focus on SEO and SEA traffic, developing campaigns, managing ad campaigns, creating content, CTA's and landing pages, email marketing, and social media lead generation and sales development. Additionally, you'll be responsible for conversion reporting and analysis.

- Define and apply a Growth Strategy
- Focus on improving SEO and SEA traffic
- Develop and execute successful marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Manage and coordinate marketing events and activities
- Continuously research and stay up-to-date with marketing trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in advertising and marketing
- Experience with HubSpot, Figma, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Familiarity with Zapier and ProtonVPN is a plus
- Fluent in English
