Description: Sabio Systems is at present recruited Foreclosure Paralegal (Part-Time) right now, this vacancy will be reside in New Mexico. Sabio Systems has an immediate part-time position (approximately 30 hours/week) for an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal / Legal Secretary with experience in ! Bankruptcy and some Litigation. We are looking for someone with exceptional written and verbal skills who is strong in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Odyssey software for electronic filing in all New Mexico district courts and can type a minimum of 50 wpm. The right person who is lucky to get this job will enjoy working in their own office without much supervision and zero overtime.
Other duties include:
- Typing and editing documents from transcription tapes, shorthand notes, and handwritten or typed documents.
- Setting up and maintaining files
- Assist with processing of Bankruptcy and Foreclosure documents
- Proofread and redline work for accuracy of copy, format, grammar, punctuation and syntax
- Receive, screen, and transmit telephone calls, conference calls, and messages to/from Attorneys, clients, and staff
- Coordinate conferences, meetings and appointments
