Collections position, located in their Orlando office. As a full

About the Position:
We are looking for an individual for our Collections position who can
assist with reaching out to our clients to obtain payment on current and
past due accounts. This role is primarily responsible for contacting
clients via phone, email and direct mail in an effort to encourage
payment.

Responsibilities:

• Confers with client by telephone in attempt to secure payments on existing retainers
• Problem-solve by determining reason for the past due payment
• Clearly advise clients on potential loss of representation, terms and risks
• Record information about the clien! t's financial status and the status of collection efforts

• Meets or exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly personal financial and performance targets
• Sort, file, and catalog correspondence
• Receive and process payments to client account

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience in client servicing
• Ability to effectively, articulately, and empathetically communicate with clients
• Strong problem solving skills and high attention to detail
• Advanced oral and written communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, and handle opposition and rejection with tact
• Experience with ProLaw software preferred
• Service industry experience preferred
