What We’re Looking For
We're looking for someone to be our in-house boutique marketing agency. Take the reins on marketing strategy, branding, and execution of content, advertising, copy, communications, social media, and multimedia. Design and execute B2B communication that catches and holds C-level attention and enables current clients, potential clients, and talent to understand Liatrio's value proposition and brand. Reporting to our VP of Client Solutions, this person will also work closely with our graphic designer, PeopleOps team, and engineering consultants.

Responsibilities
- Industry knowledge on marketing strategy, brand, and communications to drive customers and work independently
- Develop content campaign strategy end-to-end - from curation to design and execution - and drive innovations within existing processes
- Collaborate with in-house graphic designer
- Create promotional and collateral materials (both internal and external), including company website, presentation materials, social media, briefs, and email
- Ensure that all copy is optimized for SEO across website, blog content, and social media; best practices to maximize reach and performance
- Work cross-functionally with leadership and talent teams
- Review materials and provide feedback based on brand guidelines, best practices, and analytics
- Work with sales and engineers to develop blogs, case studies, and whitepapers
- Write, edit, and proof-read copy for all growth and performance marketing channels
- Own, plan, coordinate, and execute social media and onsite campaigns to drive customer engagement with our clients
- Provide recommendations for and own relationships with external vendors, tools, and services
- Direct Marketing (trade shows, conferences, etc)
Requirements
- Employment eligibility: must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
- Skilled in multiple marketing domainsInnovative, creative, and collaborative Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma (a plus)
- Able to think outside the box, in an unconventional creative way
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skillsEffective planning, organizing and communication skillsVery familiar with Google Workspace tools (Especially Google Slides)Portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns/projects.
Specifics
- Full benefits including unlimited PTO, funded HSA option, and company bonus
- Base salary: $80,000-120,000
- Employment eligibility: must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without the need for sponsorship.
- Travel availability: we divide our time between working remotely and visiting our client sites located throughout the U.S. For most roles, travel typically ranges from six times per year to a few weeks per month, depending on client need.
