This position provides administrative support for the NIH Chemistry and Biochemistry Interface Training Grant. Responsibilities include correspondence with and preparing reports for NIH, maintaining calendars and arranging meetings for the director; interacting with graduate students, advisory and executive board members; organizing classes and symposia; tracking budgets and data; facilitating new webpage and major updates as needed and maintaining webpages; assisting with promotion of the training grant to potential new trainees; interacting with trainees, faculty mentors and alumni; organizing yearly symposia and weekly seminars; and assisting with renewal proposals.Percentage of Time:
